Return and Refund Policy:

Here at Dad-cessories L.L.C., we are committed to upholding outstanding quality and service. Sometimes you can make a mistake ordering or we can make a mistake on fulfilling...either way, we are here to make things right. Simply contact us via email and we will quickly and efficiently resolve the issue to ensure a great experience.

Returns/exchanges will be accepted on all products within 30 days of purchase date.

All claims for damaged/lost goods or incorrect products must be made within 72 hours of receipt.
